What Makes a Great Speaker?

I always aim to deliver impactful presentations that inspire, inform, and entertain. And I love doing just that with diverse audiences. Whether I’m motivating travel advisors with innovative marketing strategies at ASTA Global, addressing international hospitality trends at SAHIC, inspiring writers at the Tennessee Williams & New Orleans Literary Festival or engaging guests at a Los Cabos Tourism Board holiday event, I tailor every message to resonate deeply with each audience.

My extensive public speaking experience is complemented by media appearances in national and local media — including TV, radio, podcasts, magazines and websites — while promoting my acclaimed memoir, Prepare for Departure.

Webinars and Voiceovers

When CrowdCompass, Cvent and Meetings & Conventions Magazine needed a moderator to host a Webinar, about the evolution of mobile technology, they hired me. Casa de Campo made the same choice when they were creating a webinar about combining sports and meetings. I've also moderated Webinars for Starwood Hotels, Westin Hotels & Resorts, Visit Myrtle Beach and Hilton Head Island, and researched and written Webinar content for a variety of clients.

When Brocade, the networking solutions company, and Sanborn Media Factory, the multimedia marketing agency, were hankering for a voice to bring new life to their services, they chose me to do the voiceover. I've also done voiceovers for Northstar Travel Media and LatinFlyer.com. Hear samples of my voiceover reel.
